1. 24-hour care for the elderly and convalescent patients by a well-trained team of carers, specializing in physical and mental health care and rehabilitation, as well as providing loving, warm, and family-like care.
2. Basic physical therapy services, various therapeutic activities for relaxation and recreation
3. Nutritional meals are provided, taking into account the individual's nutritional needs and individual needs, such as diabetes and high blood pressure, while safety is a top priority.
• 3 main meals: savory, sweet, and fruit
• In the case of guests Special dietary requirements, such as custom-made meals or outside catering, can be requested from the care staff. (This fee is in addition to the Center's services.)
4. Laundry service for clothes, bed sheets, pillowcases, and bolsters, and cleaning of other equipment.
5. Cleaning service for the bed area or room twice daily.
** The Center does not provide care for patients with serious contagious diseases.
Required documents to be brought on the day of service:
• Copy of the house registration and ID card of the sponsor/relative
• Copy of the house registration and ID card of the elderly person/guest
• Medical history/medication/appointment card from the hospital
• Senior Gold Card/Medical Reimbursement Card
Complete the application form in detail to facilitate care, treatment, and referral for the patient.
Things to bring on the first day of service:
Personal medications, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste/mouthwash, skin cream, powder, comb, diapers
Pads and other medical supplies (if not provided by the Center)
