Verified The Senior's story began in 1996 when Dr. Chalermchat graduated with a specialty in geriatric medicine from England and founded the Geriatric Clinic at Phramongkutklao Hospital.
Dr. Chalermchat recognized the need for quality care for the elderly in Thailand, particularly those requiring specialized care. He founded The Senior, a hospital and elderly care center.
The Senior's care emphasizes collaboration with family members to establish shared goals and develop a care plan. The Senior Plan ensures that each senior receives the complete care they need at an affordable price in a well-designed environment, minimizing complications and hospitalizations, and ensuring a high quality of life, safety, and happiness.
For 27 years, The Senior has provided care, counseling, and support to families of the elderly, including those with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, stroke, bedridden patients, and patients with tracheostomy tubes. We provide post-operative care and physical rehabilitation for over 2,000 families. With over 200 beds, we confidently send patients home with a clear care plan, or even care for them until the end of their lives.
